A leading city based US law firm are recruiting for Restructuring and Bankruptcy Associate

Required experience: 3-5 PQE E&W

We are seeking suitably qualified candidates with good experience in all aspects of special situations, restructuring and insolvency with a diverse client base. Key to success at interview is demonstratingexperience with key financing instruments, including bank loans, high yield debt and intercreditor arrangements alongside experience with restructuring related proceedings, including experience working with multiple jurisdictions.
