What You'll Do

As a Team Leader, you'll be the glue that holds our front-of-house and kitchen teams together during service. Your mission: make sure every guest leaves smiling-and every team member feels supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising and coordinating team members during service
• Leading by example to ensure excellent customer service
• Light food preparation and hands on support wherever needed
• Delegating tasks and validating completion of daily checklists
• Fostering a friendly, efficient, and respectful work environment
