Restaurant Supervisor Seamill Hydro Hotel Full-Time

We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at Seamill Hydro Hotel. Reporting directly to the hotel management team, you will help oversee the day-to-day operation of our restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm welcome and exceptional dining experience. Leading by example, you'll support the front of house team in delivering outstanding service while creating a positive and enjoyable atmosphere for both guests and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervising the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest service at all times.
• Leading, motivating, and supporting the front of house team throughout each shift.
• Serving food and beverages while maintaining the highest standards of customer care.
• Welcoming guests, managing reservations, and ensuring tables are prepared and presented to a high standard.
• Assisting with staff training and helping to maintain our high service standards.
• Handling guest enquiries and resolving any issues professionally and efficiently.
• Working closely with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised restaurant environment in line with health and safety regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is essential.
• Experience leading or supporting a team is desirable.
• A positive, friendly attitude with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Someone who enjoys supporting and motivating others.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Eager to learn, develop, and grow within the role.
