We are currently recruiting for a driven and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join a busy, food led pub environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely alongside the owner in a hands on role within a welcoming and high quality setting.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the day to day running of the front of house, delivering excellent service and helping to create a warm, engaging atmosphere for guests.

• Basic salary of £35,000
• Full time, permanent role
• Monday and Tuesdays off

A busy, food led pub with a strong focus on quality, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality. The team prides itself on creating a relaxed, engaging environment where guests feel part of the experience. This is not a traditional structured management setup - the whole team is involved in delivering the experience, contributing to the theatre and energy of the space.

• 2-3 years' experience within hospitality, ideally in a busy pub or restaurant
• A confident and personable approach with guests
• Strong multitasking ability within a small team environment
• A proactive, hands on attitude
• Natural leadership qualities with the ability to step up when needed
• An interest in food, provenance, and quality produce
