Role & Responsibilities
  • To ensure all of our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated to the upscale hospitality and care during their stay with us - we aim to provide an unforgettable experience
  • To ensure all complaints are minimised and handled professionally as in accordance with our policies
  • To supervise the restaurant breakfast team in line with company policies and manuals
  • Work with the Restaurant Manager to maximise sales performance and achieve sales in line with targets
  • Ensure effective control of stock and staff costs in the Restaurant Manager's absence
  • To follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual
  • Serve food and drinks, quickly and efficiently, meeting our five star standards.
  • Keep up to date with current promotions and new products
  • Make guests aware of offers on our great food and drink range
  • To assist in any function or events set ups in accordance with procedures
  • To maintain exemplary billing systems and obtain all payments from guests in accordance with company Policy, and the accurate accounting and processing of all reception sales.
  • To observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations
  • Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence in accordance with company policy
  • To ensure good working relationship with all other departments and communicate information throughout the hotel.
  • To understand responsibilities in relation to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control and Emergency Aid.
  • All other duties as required
