Paramount Personnel is recruiting for a Restaurant Supervisor to work closely with the Restaurant Manager at this hotel in Newquay, Cornwall.

You will be responsible for providing a warm, friendly, and relaxed experience for all, whether hotel residents, local community members, parties, or visiting tourists. As a Restaurant Supervisor you will be passionate about food and drink and have excellent customer relationships and sales skills.

Restaurant Supervisor responsibilities will include;

• Have a passion for food and service and an interest in acquiring knowledge of standard restaurant practice.
• Be able to work in a small team providing friendly and efficient service for breakfast, occasional lunches, afternoon tea, and dinner.
• Have an eye for detail.
• Be able to work well as part of a team.
