Restaurant Ops Leader: Drive Performance & Guest Experience

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Sunderland is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to support the team, take charge of the day-to-day, and help hit performance goals while ensuring the guest experience is exceptional.

You will own operations, atmosphere and the guest experience, coach and develop a dream team, drive KPIs, and keep rostering, stock and admin running smoothly to create a place where guests and colleagues feel at home.
