The Role

We are looking for a hands on Restaurant Manager to lead a high volume corporate staff dining restaurant. This is a fast paced, high expectation environment where standards and guest experience are key.

• Team of 6 across front and back of house
• High volume service with peak periods
• Strong focus on quality, consistency and control

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily briefings and prepare the team for service
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor
• Manage service flow and guest experience
• Work closely with the kitchen team
• Monitor standards, cleanliness and availability
• Resolve issues quickly and take full ownership
• Review performance and reset for the next day

About You

• Experienced in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong front of house leadership
• Confident running busy services
• Highly organised and detail focused
• Comfortable managing a small team
• Understands food cost and operational efficiency
• Takes ownership and leads from the front
