Restaurant Manager: Lead Teams & Deliver Great Experiences

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead operations across our in-store restaurants, ensuring excellent customer experience, strong health and safety standards and achievement of commercial targets.

You will manage kitchen and front-of-house, coach teams, control stock and budgets, and drive events such as seasonal fixtures. A passionate hospitality background is essential, with ability to adapt to seasonal peaks.
