A well-known garden centre in Ottery St Mary is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a team of over 120 colleagues. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and high food standards. Key responsibilities include managing rotas, stock control, and budgets as well as ensuring compliance with health regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of catering management experience and a passion for hospitality. This is a full-time permanent role, including weekend work.
