RESTAURANT MANAGER AT THE SKY We are hiring! Established in the Lausanne landscape since year , the Royal Savoy Hotel & Spa is renowned for its timeless elegance. Then join our team as: RESTAURANT MANAGER - Permanent position at 100% Starting April 1st Your mission: Main mission: You will play a key role in launching our new restaurant concept. Your mission will involve recruiting and training the teams and supporting them to ensure a successful and consistent implementation of this innovative concept. You will actively contribute to structuring the offering and ensuring a high-quality customer experience in a rapidly changing environment. Daily missions: Management & Leadership - Be the leader of the Sky team by mentoring them, ensuring the well-being of each employee, and ensuring excellent team cohesion on a daily basis. - Be able to assign responsibilities, set personal goals for each team member, empower them to achieve those goals and ensure adherence to the establishment's LQA standards. - Establish the schedule based on activity (events, attendance) while optimizing revenue/payroll and complying with legal requirements. - Ensure and carry out recruitment for your team. Financial Management - Conduct forecasting and track key performance indicators (revenue, profitability) to adapt and optimize Sky's productivity. - Manage inventories and supplier orders. - Control the cash register and payments during each service. - Oversee and supervise the opening and closing of the restaurant. - Supervise the service flow and set an example for the promotional sales of Sky products. - Participate and support the team during service. - Ensure the content and implementation of new menus according to the seasons, working closely with the Kitchen team, management, and sommeliers. - Manage customer reservations through The Fork system. - Be the guarantor of the quality of service offered to our customers, advising them and managing their inquiries as well as complaints. And who are you? Passionate about gastronomy and wine, you bring your wine knowledge to enhance the customer experience. - You hold a degree or an equivalent qualification. - You have several years of success in a similar role in a prestigious establishment. - You have a highly developed sense of human contact and possess strong leadership skills. - You can work under pressure in a very dynamic environment with excellent stress management abilities, and standing for long periods does not deter you. - You are a pro at cocktails and beverages. - You fully master service techniques and are familiar with LQA standards (Leading Quality Assurance). - You have good knowledge of tools (MS Office), Micros software, and The Fork software. - You possess an excellent level of French and English (C1).
