We are looking for a passionate hospitality professional with strong wine experience, a love of service, and an eye for detail.

Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Ballyvaughan at Gregans Castle Hotel. The role involves managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, leading and training staff, maintaining food and beverage standards, and focusing on creating an outstanding dining atmosphere. You will also oversee inventory, scheduling, and liaise with the kitchen team to maintain service excellence while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

Strong wine knowledge, will be responsible to manage & develop the wine list
Strong expertise in Customer Service and a customer-focused approach to ensure high levels of satisfaction
Proven ability in team management, including Hiring and leadership of staff
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with both guests and team members
Experience in Food & Beverage services, with an understanding of fine dining standards and operations
Organisational and problem-solving skills to ensure efficiency in restaurant operations
Familiarity with sustainable practices and eco-friendly initiatives
