1887 Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a confident and engaging 1887 Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operation of our award winning restaurant at The Torridon. This is a hands on role for someone who loves exceptional service, develops great teams and takes pride in delivering memorable 5 star hospitality in a place like no other.

At 1887, every detail matters - from the welcome at the door to the knowledge at the table and the final goodbye. You will lead the front of house team, work closely with the kitchen, support wine and menu knowledge, and ensure every guest feels genuinely cared for.

What you'll do:

• Lead smooth, confident and memorable restaurant service.
• Coach and inspire the 1887 team to deliver at 5 star standard.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider Food & Beverage team.
• Drive guest happiness, service standards and continuous improvement.
• Support productivity, stock control, sustainability and compliance.
