What You'll Be Doing

• Leading the restaurant team to deliver exceptional customer service every day.
• Creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for guests and colleagues alike.
• Managing day-to-day restaurant operations and ensuring smooth service.
• Coaching, developing and motivating your team to achieve their best.
• Managing rotas, staffing levels and labour costs.
• Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.
• Helping drive sales while delivering an outstanding guest experience.
