Your Role As the Restaurant Manager, you will:

• Lead by example. mentor, coach and develop your team so they feel supported and proud to wear the Tim Hortons uniform
• Deliver amazing guest experiences from the first hello to the last goodbye
• Run the restaurant like it's yours. manage daily operations, sales, customer satisfaction, stock, and shift planning
• Drive culture, create a positive, fun, and high-energy environment where people love to work and stay; not just show up
• Build community, be the welcoming face of Tim Hortons in your local area
