Job Description
At Cork's Vienna Woods Hotel we are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our friendly and professional Food and Beverage Team. Reporting directly to the Director / General Manager, and help oversee the running of the hotel which includes Restaurant, Bar and busy function room.
We are looking for a candidate who has the following:- Previous experience as a Hotel Restaurant/Bar Supervisor or Duty Manager within a 4 Hotel
- Excellent attention to detail, high standards!
- Can lead by example and motivate a large team
- Ability to build, train & retain a team
- Can prioritise and delegate what needs to be done
- Excellent communication and guest relation skills
- You enjoy working in the hospitality industry and want to progress your career
