You will be responsible for assisting the AGM & GM with all aspects of restaurant management so this is a great role to get an all-round understanding of what it means to run a restaurant.

You will be responsible for running service so you'll love being on the floor and leading the team through buzzy and energetic services. You will be very hands on with managing the junior FOH team including managing training and supporting with appraisals & internal progression plans so this role would really suit someone that gets a kick out of managing people.

You'll also support with managing the H&S compliance and financial aspects of the business so a good grounding in these areas will be essential. This business loves getting input from across the team so you will be excited to contribute to the vision and be happy suggesting new ideas.
