We're now looking for a hands on Restaurant Manager to lead our talented front of house team and maintain our high standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, train, and motivate the front of house team.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, and table flow.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop team members.
• Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, sales, and stock control.
• Drive revenue through upselling and excellent guest engagement.
• Collaborate with kitchen and events teams for smooth service.
• Maintain quality, cleanliness, and brand standards.
• Handle guest feedback professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality venue.
• Experience in a fast paced restaurant or hotel environment beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Positive, proactive, team focused, and professional.
