We're now looking for a hands on Restaurant Manager to lead our talented front of house team and maintain our high standards.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead, train, and motivate the front of house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage daily restaurant operations, reservations, and table flow.
• Recruit, schedule, and develop team members to maintain performance and morale.
• Monitor financial performance, including labour costs, sales targets, and stock control.
• Drive revenue through effective upselling and excellent guest engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and events teams to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold the highest standards of quality, cleanliness, and brand presentation.
• Handle guest feedback professionally, turning any issues into opportunities.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a quality hotel or restaurant.
• Experience in a fast paced venue is beneficial.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Organised, proactive, and confident in a fast paced environment.
• Positive, professional, and team focused.
