About Us

Seam is a newly opened Japanese kappo-style restaurant in Zürich, combining refined cuisine, craftsmanship, and authentic hospitality in an intimate setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the service team and daily operations
• Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Oversee reservations and guest relations
• Support beverage selection, stock, and cost control
• Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in fine dining
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Fluency in English required; German an advantage
• Professional appearance, reliability, and problem-solving mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages is a plus
