Our client, a prestigious Michelin-star establishment celebrated for its innovation and precision, is seeking a dynamic leader to take charge of their front-of-house team.

Your responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver flawless service
• Overseeing all aspects of lunch and dinner service, ensuring consistency and excellence
• Being the key link between the kitchen and front of house, maintaining smooth operations
• Driving guest satisfaction and continuous improvement through your leadership
• Setting the standard on the floor: hands-on, professional and always service focused

We're looking for someone with

• Experience in fine dining, ideally within a one Michelin star environment or higher
• Proven leadership skills and strong operational knowledge
• A passion for exceptional service and an eye for detail
• The drive to inspire and develop a high-performing team
