Restaurant Manager - Michelin Star

• Lead service, mentor staff, and drive standards.
• Deliver 5-star service standards to guests and be the face of the restaurant.
• Experience in developing and growing the team, delivering training and regular feedback.
• Came from a fine dining background as a Restaurant Manager.
• Great wine knowledge, ideally WSET Level 2 or above.
