About the Role

As a Restaurant Manager, you will take ownership of the day to day operation, leading your team to deliver exceptional food, service and guest experiences while driving commercial performance.

Your Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and developing your team
• Delivering outstanding customer service
• Managing labour, stock and budgets
• Driving sales and profitability
• Recruitment, training and performance management
• Maintaining excellent food safety and health & safety standards
• Ensuring smooth day to day restaurant operations

About You

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, General Manager or Senior Assistant Manager
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Commercially aware with experience managing KPIs and P&L
• Background within branded restaurants, quick service or fast paced hospitality
• Passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Organised, hands on and able to lead from the front
