About Your New Employer

An Irish owned luxurious 5 Star Hotel set on 4 Acres located in Dublin South is looking to recruit an experienced Hotel Restaurant Manager.

You will be reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, hospitality and operational excellence.

About Your Restaurant Manager Job:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding guest service.


• Lead, motivate and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional hospitality.


• Drive revenue through excellent service, upselling and promotional activity.


• Build strong relationships with guests and resolve feedback professionally.


• Work closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to ensure smooth operations.


• Recruit, train and support team members to achieve high performance.


• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and licensing regulations.


• Monitor departmental performance and identify opportunities to improve service and profit ability.


• Working days Tuesday to Saturday


• Working hours mainly evenings

What Skills You Need for this Restaurant Manager Job:

• Previous experience in a Restaurant Manager or senior Food & Beverage leadership role within a hotel


• A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.


• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.


• Commercially minded with the ability to drive sales and team performance.


• Excellent knowledge of food safety and health & safety standards.


• A hands-on, proactive approach with the flexibility to support the wider hotel operation.
