Restaurant Manager - Gastro Pub

We're looking for a Restaurant Manager to join a busy, food led pub in Surrey with a strong local following. This is a hands on role for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading a small team and making sure guests have a genuinely great experience.

What you'll be doing:

• Running the day to day restaurant operation
• Leading service from the front
• Managing and motivating the FOH team
• Handling rotas, stock and general organization
• Working closely with the kitchen to keep service smooth

What we're looking for:

• Current Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager ready to step up
• Background in fresh food / quality pub or casual dining
• Confident running busy services
• Good with people - team and guests alike
• Organised and reliable

Package: £32,000 salary Approx. £8,000 tips 40 hours per week 28 days holiday
