About the role:

As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment. Your primary focus will be to ensure the highest standards of service, manage staff effectively, maintain exceptional customer satisfaction, and contribute to the ongoing success of Madhu's.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.

- Manage and supervise front staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards.

- Train and develop team members in culinary techniques, customer service, and hospitality.

- Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.

- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment.

- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth.

Skills:

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff effectively and customers.

- Knowledge of Indian food

- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, culinary trends, and menu planning.

- Experience in supervising a team in a fast-paced hospitality or restaurant setting.

- Familiarity with hotel or bar tending operations is a plus.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
