Restaurant Duty Manager - Hands-On Lead, 4-on/3-off

Global Talent 2020 is seeking a Duty Manager in Edinburgh to support the Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will have hands-on restaurant experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and an eye for detail. Responsibilities include managing the front-of-house team, ensuring stock controls, and delivering exceptional customer service.

This role offers a base salary of £31k plus tronc and additional benefits, with a possible 4 days on, 3 days off rota structure.
