About the RoleDeliver warm, professional and personalised service to our guests
Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, and draught beers to the highest standard
Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar environment throughout service
Take ownership of bar set-up and closing procedures in line with hotel standards
Be confident in handling orders, upselling where appropriate, and managing bills and payments
Support the wider events team across a range of large and small-scale functions
Ensure full compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations
Proven bartending experience (ideally in events, banqueting, or luxury hospitality)
Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence with premium spirits, wines, and beer service
A positive attitude, great energy, and a genuine passion for guest experience
Well-presented with excellent communication and customer service skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during busy periods
Reliable transport requireddue to limited public transport at night
Aged 18+ and compliant with the Alcohol Licensing Act 2007
