About the Role
  • Deliver warm, professional and personalised service to our guests

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, and draught beers to the highest standard

  • Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar environment throughout service

  • Take ownership of bar set-up and closing procedures in line with hotel standards

  • Be confident in handling orders, upselling where appropriate, and managing bills and payments

  • Support the wider events team across a range of large and small-scale functions

  • Ensure full compliance with licensing and health & safety regulations

About You
  • Proven bartending experience (ideally in events, banqueting, or luxury hospitality)

  • Strong cocktail knowledge and confidence with premium spirits, wines, and beer service

  • A positive attitude, great energy, and a genuine passion for guest experience

  • Well-presented with excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during busy periods

  • Reliable transport requireddue to limited public transport at night

  • Aged 18+ and compliant with the Alcohol Licensing Act 2007
