The Royal Hotel is looking for enthusiastic and professionalRestaurant and Bar Staffto join our team at the 1906 Restaurant. Reporting directly to the Hotel and Restaurant management, you'll provide exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a smooth, welcoming environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and take orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Handle cash and card transactions with precision.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all work areas.
• Develop a strong understanding of the menu, drinks offerings, and specials.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assist with functions and events, ensuring excellent service for special occasions.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be 18 years or older due to licensing laws.
• Proven experience in a restaurant or bar environment preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and Friday availability is essential.
• Strong time management skills to handle tasks during busy periods.
• A genuine passion for providing outstanding hospitality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
