We are seeking a reliable and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and support staff performance. The ideal candidate will be hands on, organized, and capable of leading a team in a fast paced environment.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff during shifts
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service and cleanliness are maintained
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback professionally
• Assist in staff training, scheduling and performance management
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management on stock ordering
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
