What you'll be doing

• Take full ownership of ensuring GDP compliance throughout the supply chain - from product receipt to distribution - because quality is not negotiable
• Act as a trusted partner to internal teams, suppliers, and authorities, building strong, transparent relationships based on shared responsibility
• Oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems with a positive, hands-on approach
• Review and approve quality-related documentation (SOPs, deviations, CAPAs) with care, accuracy, and a mindset of continuous improvement
• Lead audits and inspections with confidence and clarity, representing the company and its values with professionalism
• Ensure that all personnel involved in GDP activities are trained and supported - success is something we build together
• Go the extra mile in monitoring and maintaining the quality of storage, transportation, and handling conditions
• Keep oversight of supplier qualification processes, ensuring partners meet our high standards and share our commitment to patient safety
• Stay ahead of changes in regulations and proactively adapt systems and processes - turning compliance into a strategic advantage
• Promote a culture of quality and accountability, helping others understand that doing the right thing is not a burden, but a shared goal

What you bring

• You hold a Master's degree in pharmacy, medicine, chemistry, biology, or another relevant life sciences or technical field
• You have 1-3+ year's work experience in a GDP environment
• You possess registration as Responsible Person with the Dutch MOH is preferred
• You have a solid understanding of quality systems, regulatory frameworks, and the principles that drive true quality assurance - not just on paper, but in practice
• You bring hands-on experience with quality assurance in operational environments, and you know how to assess, improve, and elevate processes that matter
• You're comfortable working across disciplines like logistics, materials management, production, engineering, IT, quality control, and compliance - and you know how to connect the dots
• You think strategically without losing sight of the details - combining a sharp analytical mindset with a strong helicopter view to keep the bigger picture in focus
