Established Provider Children's LD Negotiable Salary Decision Making Role Career Progression Opportunity RI / Regional Manager- Ofsted Regulated Children's LD Homes

We're currently working alongside an established children's residential care provider in Essex, who are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead their two LD children's homes, as the Responsible Individual / Regional Manager.

Essex Based- £80,000 + Bonuses

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Manager who feels stagnant in their current role with no further progression, or an experienced Dual Registered Manager who is keen to further their career this year, to join an established home provider which has been operating for 5+ years.

This is an established residential childcare provider with ambitious plans over the next year or so, and the aim for this post is for you to help them grow from 2 to 4 homes, bring in your own ops manager, and run all 4 homes in the region.

You'll be responsible for complying with Safeguarding Children, Health and Safety, and all organisational policies and procedures at all times, promoting an honest, open culture and maintaining professionalism, integrity, respect, and confidentiality. Ensure all homes meet mandated training, Health and Safety compliance targets, and full regulatory and legislative requirements, including registering with Ofsted as Responsible Individual for the homes.

Requirements:
  • Level 5 or 7in Leadership & Management
  • Proven track record of working at a senior level on new business/development projects
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted standards & care regs
  • Skilled in team leadership, service development & partnership working
