Recognized for its excellence and commitment, it offers a stimulating work environment where technology is a key lever. Reporting directly to the General Management, you define and lead the overall IT strategy of the institution. You ensure compliance with Swiss banking standards (FINMA) and guarantee the security, resilience, and performance of the systems.Key responsibilities include:- Governance: Develop the IT roadmap aligned with business objectives, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulations (FINMA, Swiss DPA, GDPR).- Infrastructure: Oversee the entire infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, data centers) and ensure business continuity (BCP/DRP) for the headquarters and branches.- Security & Risk: Lead the security policy, manage cyber risk, and respond to incidents.- Business: Lead the management of Core Banking systems and digital services, ensuring their integrity and evolution.- Leadership: Manage, develop, and motivate a team of 17 distributed across several units (Network, Support).Your profile:- Degree in IT Systems or Engineering.- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience, including part in an IT leadership role within the banking sector.- Technical skills: Mastery of banking environments, enterprise architectures, cloud, and cybersecurity.
