This position involves production scheduling and the implementation of processes to achieve departmental objectives. Moreover, the role includes responsibility for the Apprentice Center, with direct responsibility for the entire X CFC program. Main responsibilities: Define and implement plans for milling and turning machines (CNC) to achieve defined objectives (machine rates, productive hours) Ensure a high level of quality by minimizing the non-conformance rate Ensure the proper implementation of the 4-year apprenticeship program to guarantee optimal and efficient management of hours and attainment of the CFC Precision Mechanic within deadlines Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction, implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor performance and make necessary adjustments Train and support teams on new processes and opportunities and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for the department's core processes Ensure that all processes comply with applicable laws and standards (ISO and ESG) jided8655eaen jit0207aen jpiy26aen
