We are looking for organised and detail-focused individuals to join our Resourcing Team as a Resourcing Officer. This is a fast-paced administrative role supporting recruitment across the Trust.
You will coordinate recruitment activity from vacancy approval through to conditional offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for managers and candidates. The role includes managing pre-employment checks, supporting onboarding and maintaining accurate, audit-ready records.
Working closely with assigned Divisions, you will support a high-volume workload and play a key role in delivering a responsive and compliant recruitment service.
Main duties of the job- Support the end-to-end recruitment process using TRAC
- Coordinate recruitment activity for assigned Divisions, ensuring vacancies progress in a timely manner
- Act as a first point of contact for recruitment queries from managers and candidates
- Process vacancy requests, adverts, shortlisting and interview arrangements
- Complete and monitor pre-employment checks (e.g. Right to Work, DBS, references), escalating issues where required
- Co-ordinate onboarding, including booking induction and preparing new starters for day one
- Assist with recruitment campaigns, open days and virtual events
- Manage a high-volume workload, meeting agreed deadlines and KPIs
Priority will be given to colleagues identified as at risk through the Trust's redeployment process.

Person Specification Qualifications- Good standard of education to GCSE (or equivalent) grade level 4/C or above in English and Maths
- NVQ3 in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience
- Experience working in an administrative role within a busy environment
- Experience of using computer systems (e.g. Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience of accurate data entry and maintaining records
- Experience working in recruitment, HR or NHS environment
- Experience using TRAC, ESR or similar recruitment systems
- Experience supporting high-volume administrative processes

£25,760 to £27,476 a yearper annum pro rata
