Role Overview

As our Resourcing and Recruitment Co-ordinator, you'll be at the heart of our project delivery engine - ensuring we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right place at the right time. You'll work closely with project managers, hiring leads, and external partners to source, coordinate, and onboard top talent for our consultancy and project-based work.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end resourcing for client projects
• Coordinating recruitment across multiple roles, functions, and timelines
• Partnering with recruitment agencies and using LinkedIn to proactively source candidates
• Screening CVs, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of skilled professionals aligned to upcoming project needs
• Collaborating with internal teams to forecast and plan resourcing requirements
• Supporting onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience

Experience and Skills

• Experience in IT consultancyorproject-based staffing environments
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and industry best practices
• Confident in usingLinkedInand collaborating withrecruitment agencies
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, organised, and people-focused with a strong attention to detail
