Resource Team Lead at Jersey Electricity PLC

This role will lead and support our Service Delivery Resource Jointing teams on a day-to-day basis, creating a safe, high-performing environment where people can do their best work.

You'll play a key role in delivering value for money, maximising workforce efficiency, and ensuring full regulatory compliance, all while championing our Company's purpose, vision and values.

Key skills and experience required:

• Strong IT skills
• Proven leadership and supervisory capability, with experience motivating and managing teams
• The ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills

Qualifications and experience:

• Prior experience working within Electrical Distribution
• CandG Level 3 in Electrical Distribution (or equivalent qualification)
• Relevant Health and Safety qualification
• Full, valid driving licence
