Job Description

Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to support a fast-paced team? IPG Health is looking for a Resource Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Resource Management team.

As a Resource Coordinator, you will play a vital role in keeping our teams running smoothly by producing reports, handling freelance requests, maintaining organisation charts, and providing key administrative support. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams gaining valuable exposure to how agency departments operate and collaborate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce resourcing reports and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Manage freelance requests and support on boarding processes.
  • Keep organisation charts and other team documentation current.
  • Provide essential administrative support to the Resource Management team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Begin to build an understanding of agency departments, their roles, and how they work together.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with resource/project management tools (an advantage).
  • A collaborative and flexible mindset, with eagerness to learn about agency operations.
