Job Description
Are you highly organised, proactive, and ready to support a fast-paced team? IPG Health is looking for a Resource Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day operations of our Resource Management team.
As a Resource Coordinator, you will play a vital role in keeping our teams running smoothly by producing reports, handling freelance requests, maintaining organisation charts, and providing key administrative support. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams gaining valuable exposure to how agency departments operate and collaborate.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce resourcing reports and maintain up-to-date records.
- Manage freelance requests and support on boarding processes.
- Keep organisation charts and other team documentation current.
- Provide essential administrative support to the Resource Management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Begin to build an understanding of agency departments, their roles, and how they work together.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with resource/project management tools (an advantage).
- A collaborative and flexible mindset, with eagerness to learn about agency operations.
