We support each of them in different ways to help them thrive.To complete our team specialized in resins in Renens, we are looking for a: Resin Installer (H/F) - 100%.Tasks include:- Control and treatment of bases (concrete, screeds, existing supports), taking measurements on-site and gathering data necessary for executing jointless floor coverings: epoxy resins, polyurethane, terrazzo, polished concrete, and acoustic rubber systems.- Implementation of different layers according to technical specifications.- Adherence to methods, deadlines, and quality standards, and strict compliance with safety regulations while working closely with the team leader and site supervisors.- Reporting techniques and any difficulties encountered in the construction field or an equivalent title.- Proven experience in glued and structured floor coverings, ideally in resin, and the ability to read plans.- Very good knowledge of safety regulations.- Good knowledge of French, both spoken and written (minimum C1).- Ability to work precisely, carefully, and independently.- Reliable, motivated, committed person with good physical endurance.- Driving license B.- Rapid advancement possible to a team leader role depending on experience and knowledge of current standards.Joining PHIDA means participating in a collective adventure in a flourishing company, where everyone plays an essential role in our success.
