Job Description
Cambian Group Plc is seeking a Residential Team Leader to support young people aged 8-18 in a safe, warm home environment. You'll help with daily routines, school prep, meals and planning activities, while building trust and emotional support through patient listening and encouragement.
The role offers £14.17 per hour plus £30 per sleep in. You'll benefit from two weeks of induction, funded diplomas potential, and a supportive team.
