Job Description
The Cambian Group Plc, based in the United Kingdom, is seeking Residential Team Leaders for one of our children's homes. You will lead by example and support our Residential Support Workers in delivering high quality care to children and young people.
The role features £30 per sleep in, a 40 hour working week across 2-3 shifts, 224 hours of paid annual leave, and a 365 day rota. You'll work in a caring, inclusive environment with clear progression from Support Worker to Team Leader.
