Residential Team Leader, Children's Home

SafehavenTalent is seeking a Team Leader for a Residential Children's Home. The post holder will supervise residential staff, support the Homes Manager, and help deliver a positive, safe and nurturing living environment for children and young people in our care.

You will lead shifts, supervise staff, monitor safeguarding, maintain records, liaise with families and multi disciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
