Residential Support Worker: Change Lives with Flex Shifts

Branas Isaf Children's Services is seeking a Residential Support Worker near Worcester. You will work within a supportive, therapeutic team to help children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs.

No prior care experience required; full training is provided. Role includes evenings, weekends and sleep-ins on a rota, with a compressed shift pattern and a strong focus on building confidence and life skills in a rural setting near Worcester and Herefordshire.
