Residential Support Worker

Randstad is recruiting Support Workers for Walsingham Care in West Cumbria- Egremont

Service Specialisations:

- Nursing and personal care

- Caring for adults (over and under 65)

- Learning and physical disabilities

- Sensory impairments

Pay Rates:

- Weekdays: £13.68 per hour

- Saturdays & Sundays: £15.77 per hour

- Sleep-ins: £64.98 per shift

Requirements:

- Location: Based in or around West Cumbria, Whitehaven, Maryport, or Egremont.

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of UK experience in residential home services.

- Documentation: Enhanced Child & Adult DBS on the update service, plus mandatory training and PMVA/Restraint certificates.

- Work Rights: Unrestricted right to work in the UK. Please note we do not offer sponsorship.

- Driving: A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is preferred to work with some clients

- Commitment: Minimum of 36.5 hours (3 shifts) per week. Due to these hours, we cannot accept Skilled Worker or Student visas.

Commitment Policy:

This role requires a minimum of 3 shifts per week. Candidates must prioritize booked shifts and adhere to our 36-hour cancellation policy.
