Do you have a passion for making a real impact in young people's lives? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Residential Support Worker to join our dedicated team in Oswestry.

Branas Isaf, part of the CareTech Family, has been delivering outstanding therapeutic care, education, and support to young people for over 25 years. As a Residential Support Worker, you will engage young children in fun, educational, and emotional activities that encourage personal growth and self-awareness. Through these experiences, you will help them develop a better understanding of their previous behaviour, improve their interpersonal skills within the home environment, and ultimately flourish within the wider community.

Our 2 on 4 off shift pattern offers a secure and structured environment for young people while giving you time to recharge and pursue personal interests.
