The Role

As a Residential Support Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in supporting children and young people with learning disabilities, who may be verbal or non-verbal and may have associated medical needs.

You'll act as a positive role model within the home, providing leadership and guidance to the staff team while ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered consistently. You'll help create a therapeutic, child-centred environment where young people feel safe, supported, and empowered.

Full training is provided, alongside a clear and tailored career pathway to support your continued professional development.

  • Remain vigilant to safeguarding concerns, recognising and responding to signs of distress, neglect, or abuse
  • Role model Unique Care Group's cultural values and behavioural expectations
  • Work collaboratively with managers, professionals, and external partners
What We're Looking For
  • A confident, compassionate leader with resilience and integrity
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, child-centred care
