Residential Support Worker - 3 week Rolling Rota Pattern

• Hours: 37.50 hours per week following a 3 week rolling rota pattern Shift times are: 07:30am-15:00pm / 2:30pm - 22:00pm
• Salary: £23,985.00 - £25,545.00 These rates will also change in April based on the NMW increases

OneNineFive is a brand-new provision in Burton on Trent which opened in October 2014. This Care home is set over 3 apartment floors and offers exceptional transitional support for up to 10 young adults with learning disabilities.

We are looking for patient and understanding staff to support our service users within the residential setting and in accessing the community and local activities as much as possible. You will assist service users with all aspects of their personal care and development and promote choice and independence at every opportunity.

A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential as full support in achieving this will be given. Driving licence is an advantage but not essential.
