Residential Site Lead - Delivery, Safety & Quality

Building Staff Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Site Manager for a residential project on a site in Wexford. Salary €75K-€80K per annum. You will take full control of site operations, manage labour and subcontractors, deliver to programme and budget, and ensure quality and safety standards on site.

The role requires 5+ years of Irish residential site management experience, strong coordination with QS/PM/design teams, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project. On-site work in Wexford is essential.
