Residential Services Lead - Building 3-Home Portfolio

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is recruiting a Service Manager to lead all three new children's residential homes as part of its Sufficiency Strategy . You'll provide leadership across the homes, oversee recruitment of staff including Registered Managers, and drive registration and ongoing operation.

You will work with partner agencies, manage budgets and contracts, sit on the Out of Hours Senior Management Rota, and shape the operating model from inception.
