Job Description
Develop and deliver the UK residential sales strategy in alignment with overall business objectives. Lead, coach, and inspire a team of channel heads across D2C, Dealer, Trade, Retail, and E-Commerce. Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance expectations for each sales channel. Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, partnerships, and market expansion. Collaborate closely with the Head of Commercial Sales to ensure cohesive national sales planning and execution. Maintain an in-depth understanding of customer needs, buying behaviours, and market trends. Use insights to inform strategic decisions, enhance the customer journey, and improve conversion rates. Ensure that customer experience remains at the heart of all residential sales activities.- Strategic Leadership - Ability to define, communicate, and deliver a multi-channel sales growth strategy.- Channel Expertise - Experience managing diverse routes to market (D2C, Dealer, Retail, Trade, E-Commerce).- Innovation & Growth Mindset - Strong ability to identify new opportunities and develop creative market approaches.- Communication & Relationship Building - Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to represent Kinetico with professionalism and credibility. Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline (essential). Additional leadership or management qualifications (desirable). Proven track record (7+ years) in sales leadership, ideally within consumer products, home improvement, or technical sectors. Experience managing multiple sales channels, including D2C, dealer/distributor networks, trade, and retail. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth, team leadership, and market expansion. Experience developing and executing channel-specific and integrated sales strategies. Strong collaboration background with marketing and commercial counterparts to drive business alignment. Solid experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data-driven sales reporting. Proficiency in CRM and sales management systems (Salesforce preferred). Strong analytical and forecasting capabilities. Familiarity with digital sales and e-commerce platforms. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience in the water treatment, plumbing, home appliance, or related industries (advantageous). Established network within trade, retail, or dealer environments. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within the UK.
